BOISE, Idaho (AP) ? A federal grand jury has issued a five-count indictment against a Chubbuck investor accused of duping clients out of more than $960,000 and running a Ponzi scheme. According to the indictment, of the $1.85 million raised from his investors, Demuzio only invested a small portion in foreign markets.
