(AP) ? A man and his girlfriend have been charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of a western Pennsylvania man in what authorities allege was a botched robbery earlier this month. Nineteen-year-old Earl Pinkney of Monessen and 19-year-old Chalsee Hughes have been charged in Westmoreland County with criminal homicide, robbery and multiple conspiracy counts in the Dec. 3 death of 36-year-old Chris Fincik.
