Live at 1 p.m.: Watch the mayor?s 2012 State of the City speech

At 1 p.m. today, Houston Mayor Annise Parker will give her annual State of the City address at the Hilton Americas, but you can watch it live right here. Expect the video to switch on at 11:50 a.m., with other speakers and musical performances preceding the 1 p.m. speech. Update: The livestream appears to be having problems.
